Ridge Runner

When my mommy was a little girl she rode on a train around the Bluefield Park. Well many many years later the train is not working very well and its becoming a HUGE issue in the area. Everyone wants it running again but a few think we should just look at it. WHO WOULD NOT WANT TO RIDE IT????? But anyway...back to the point, I got to see it today. It's super cool. Here are a few pictures.

Beaufort Water Festival

Sunday we went to the Water Festival. This is the first time we have gone but we had lots of fun. It was kids day so there were games and jump castles. I played the duck game, fishing, and baseball. I thought I wanted to jump but I wouldn't get in there. After that we walked down bay street and down to the park. There are cannons there that I climbed all over and thought were very interesting. I have talked about them to everyone. We don't have a lot of plans for this week but I will try to post again soon.

Reading Ranger

On Wednesday July 8th at the Bluffton Library I became a Reading Ranger. This is a program sponsored by McDonald's. Ronald McDonald came to the library to read to us; he was super silly and I had a great time. We listened to 2 books and watched him do magic tricks and juggle. Here are some pictures of the fun we had. Also tomorrow we are going to the Water Festival so there will be even more pictures soon.

Happy 4th of July!

As some of you might know... fireworks have not been my favorite thing but I think I am finally ok with them. Last weekend we went to some at the school and I had a horrible time. But Saturday we tried it again. First we got up in the morning and went to the beach. I had so much fun playing in the sand with mommy and daddy. And we took our rafts which were fun to ride the waves into shore. Then we went to Beaufort... I fell asleep on the way there. But when I woke up we were at the park and waiting for the fireworks. We sat and ate strawberries and grapes and watched some really cool fireworks. I stayed awake all the way home so when we got home we set off a few more fireworks. It really was a great day!

Yesterday we spent the day together as a family just having fun. There is a really cool place I love to eat at in Walterboro, SC. Here is me on the piggy out front with my teddy bear Boomer.

Sleep Walking???

My mom and dad think I might be a sleep walker. I have done it for some time but night before last was the straw that broke the camels back. Daddy woke up for work and asked mommy where I was...she said in his bed I am assuming. He said No and chaise ensued. They found me sound asleep under their bed. So now they put a gate up at my door so they are sure to hear me up and about. It was actually pretty funny after everyone calmed down a little bit. Mommy had already talked to my Dr about it and he said it was pretty common for kids my age. Maybe I will grow out of it...Maybe not who knows.
