Candace and Anna

Today I went to stay with our friends in Savannah. My regular Daycare was closed, Ms.Marie had a family emergency so Ms.Candace said I could spend the day with them. I got to play with Anna at her house. Thank you both so much. I took a small and BIG nap for them. I wanted to make a good impression since I hadn't been feeling good last week. On Sunday, after church Mommy, Daddy, and I went to the beach. I had heard about it for a while but hadn't got to see it until now. The weather needed to be nice so I could play in the water if I wasn't afraid of it. The temp reached 87 so off we went. When we got there a lot of other people were there too. Mommy let me walk in the water but it was so much fun she finally let me strip down to my diaper and play in the sand. We could only stay for a few minutes since I didn't have my new swim clothes with us. We get to go back soon and really play a lot longer. Daddy took videos of it and we will try to get those out soon. Off to bed I go.

Easter Bunny?!?!?

I am beginning to feel a little better. Here are a few pics taken of me today playing with my Dino Santa brought me. Now I am starting to hear about this person called the Easter Bunny. Paw Paw bought me a book about him when he was here visiting me. I am reading it in the pictures above. Then today Mommy and Daddy took me to meet him. I sat on his lap and a man took some pics of us. Mommy said they were the best pictures she has ever seen. We will try to scan them into the blog later tonight and Daddy is going to learn how to post my videos. Today I did a lot of new fun things at the mall. First, I met the Easter Bunny; Second, I rode the Easter Train; Third, I rode a purple car mommy put money in; Fourth, Mommy and I rode a Carousel, it went really fast and made mommy dizzy. Daddy caught everything on video except for me meeting the Easter Bunny. Well its getting late for me so I need to try to get some sleep.

Don't feel good

Sorry I haven't updated in a while. Daddy and I got sick early Sunday morning around 2 am. I was throwing up and was going potty a lot. Mommy took me to the Dr on Monday and they said I just had a virus. Tuesday I tried to go to school but my milk made me sick. I am having to drink soy formula for now. I don't like it a lot but if that's all I get I guess it will have to do. We are going to try to see if the Easter bunny is at the mall this weekend. I am going to visit my Uncle Chris, Aunt Kathleen, and new cousin Adrienne at Easter. I will write more later this week when I feel better and post new pictures.

West Virginia Trip

We are back from our trip to West Virginia. Poppy Buck was so peaceful and the service was beautiful. I got to meet a lot of people but I only wanted my mommy to hold me. The pictures are of me and Megan (my Cousin), I didn't want to sit still so the picture is blurry. And the other is of me and my Uncle Brenen. It was OUR first time wearing a tie. We got there really late early Saturday morning around 1 am and didn't go back to sleep until about 2:30 am. We spent Saturday with family getting ready and I entertained Nan Nan for a long time with my singing. She was amazed. Sunday we had the service and we left to come back home on Monday. It was late when we got home but I was a perfect angel in the truck the whole time and so were the girls.

Poppy Buck

Most of you know that I am named after my Mommy's grandpa, Poppy Buck. I got to meet him when I was a little tiny baby. He loved all of us so much and we loved him back. Last night 3/7/07 we got the call that he was gone. It hurts bad but he is OK now. I have pictures of him with me and mommy and Paw Paw. We are going to West Virginia tomorrow to get the closure and spend time with the family. I will post pics of us together tonight. We love you Poppy Buck!!

Nana & Paw Paw Weekend

I have to start off with I am officially 9 months old. Daddy took me to the Dr on Monday and I weigh 22.6 lbs and am a little over 28 inches tall. OK, now back to the weekend recap. Nana and Paw Paw made it to the house really late Thursday night and I was already in bed. Friday mommy and I stayed home to spend the day with them. We went to breakfast and then did some shopping ( yea, I got spoiled). Daddy came home at noon, we went to lunch and then daddy had to see the Dr but after than we went to Savannah to ToysRUs to get my birthday present. I haven't got to play with it yet because its not my birthday but it looks like it will be so much fun. Saturday we went to Beaufort Waterfront Park and played. Paw Paw bought me the Little Engine that Could to go along with my book. Its a really nice plush toy that makes train sounds. We had a really good time with them and I already miss them so much. I also learned to wave bye bye this weekend.
