Finally Friday!!

This week has went by so slow. I didnt even go to school on Monday and it feels like I have been here forever. Tonight we get to rest and get stuff together for a yard sale in Savannah at our friends house. That means Mommy gets to work the yard sale and me and Daddy get to play. We are getting rid of some of my "baby" stuff since I am a big boy now. I walked into my class this morning at school and didnt even whine. I have been doing really good in the mornings for a long time now. Mommy thinks I might be having another growth spurt!! We had spaghetti at school and I ate every last bite of it along with everything else including snacks then ate dinner like a champ. After eating so much I was so so sleepy, I had to go to bed early. I woke up a lot becuase of my molar that is coming in and hurting me bad. Be on the look out for pictures soon.

Another Party!!!

We went to WV this weekend and I had another Birthday Party. This one was at my NanNans house. Can you believe I got another cake with George on it? It was a really yummy cake and I also got a little white one to play with. I had so much fun and all my family and friends came to spend time with me. My cousins Brett and Megan stayed at Nana and PawPaws house and played with me the whole time. Saturday before the party Megan and I were in Bluefield and there were Ponies in the parking lot of a store and we got to ride them. It was a really nice pony, I got my picture taken and everything.Daddy will have to scan it though. On Sunday we all went to the park and played and played. There was a music thing there that I really liked and a train I drove (the pic of me and daddy). I had so much fun the whole weekend. Thanks everybody for making it GREAT!!!

Half way there!

Only two more days of school...Mommy said I may not have to stay all day on Friday either. We are going to WV for another party for me. I get to see my Paw Paw, Nana, and my Nan Nan (Mommy's grandma). We are having a party at her house. Tonight my Daddy had to work late again and it was pouring down the rain when he got home so he couldn't mow the lawn so we played and played after dinner.The first picture was taken last week, it's of me showing off my coloring skills at my cool highchair/table. The book I am reading I got for my birthday from Ms Suzanne, its called "Miles the Crocodile". And Mommy found a toy in the closet that was hers when she was a little girl. She put it in the wash machine (and it didn't fall apart!!)it's name is glow worm. Now I have Daddy's Curious George and Mommy's Glow Worm from when they were little kids...I am so cool to have all the vintage toys.

Happy Daddys Day

This weekend was Fathers Day. Last year I was so tiny I had no idea why Mommy kept taking pictures of me and Daddy all weekend. But I know I have the best Daddy in the world so this year I spent the weekend having fun with him. We played so much and I learned to say Uh-Oh!! He took me to the park and just played. Mommy is a scardy cat when it comes to me playing on the playground, but Daddy lets me be all boy. I can run and climb without him worrying too much. I am so thankful to have such a great daddy. When I grow up I want to be just like him.

Saturday FUN!!

Well my Daddy had to go into work today so Mommy and I slept in for little bit. When we finally decided to get out of bed and got ready and headed to Savannah to take Daddy some food. After lunch he was able to come play with us. First we had to get a baby gift for our friends new little boy, we got him a monogrammed blanket. Then we headed to the park. It was so much fun, I got to walk all over the place. I still fall down but I usually laugh about it and hop right back up. I don't know what we are doing tomorrow, its DADDY'S DAY so he gets to decide.

Let's get the weekend started

Week two of being an alligator and I am starting to get the hang of things. I really like my teacher in the mornings Ms Catherine. She lets me have cheerios when I get there. I haven't cried when mommy leaves me and yesterday I was trying to eat a truck when she picked me up. She tries to be sneaky and check on me threw the glass on the door but I know when she is there and I always see her first. Ms Althea said she was wondering why I took off running to the door, but I had seen my mommy. Mommy grabbed me up and hugged all over me because I was happy for once and not tired and grumpy. This schedule was hard to get used to. Daddy said I must be growing again because I am eating a lot :o) Last night I had, 1/2 of a cheeseburger, french fries, a whole fruit cup, and 2 Oreos' at dinner. This morning for breakfast I had Puffs, a whole pancake, and oranges...

Over the last few days our air conditioning has not been working good. Finally over the weekend it pretty much died. Daddy called our friend Ms Shericka and her husband Jason who works on ac's. Well he came all the way to our house last night and got us working again. He is the best!! I slept while they were at the house but Mommy and Daddy had a blast spending time with them and their two boys. I wish I could have stayed awake a little longer to play. But before they got there we spent a lot of time outside, there was a storm blowing in and it was bringing a cool breeze. After we had pizza for dinner we got ice cream for an ice cream truck that drove right up to the house... it was playing music and everything. Mommy got me a snow cone and she and daddy got Oreo bars...well I preferred Mommy's over mine and proceeded to eat over 1/2 of it. She said it was OK, since I was just so cute.

I love living at the BEACH!!!

On Saturday we headed to Savannah to meet up with our friends Candace, Anna, and Chris. We were on a mission to head to Tybee Island and play on the beach. Chris wasn't able to come with us since he was working the yard sale for the church. But the rest of us stopped by KFC and off to the beach we went. It was so much fun...we played in the water, ate our lunch, and played more. I wasn't afraid of the water at all. We went out really far and played around. We forgot to take pics we were having so much fun. But I showed off my walking skills to everyone. I have really gotten the hang of it now. Mommy said I don't sit still anymore and can be anywhere in the house within seconds. All I know is that there is a lot more I can get into now that I am fast and taller.

Geotrax

If you read this blog you have heard me talk about my Geotrax. I got them for my birthday from my Nana and PawPaw. Not everyone knew what they were so I thought I would post some pics of me playing with them. I hope to get more play time in tonight with the electric train that goes with it.

Walking!!!

So I turned 1 year old on Wednesday and decided I would give walking a shot. We picked Daddy up from work and I was in the waiting area, pulled up on the chair and off I went. Mommy was so surprised she didn't know what to say. Well I have been working hard at it ever since then and can make it pretty far as you can see in this video. We also pick up pictures this weekend and will get them in the mail on Monday to my family. Being an Alligator at school is a lot of work so I have been really tired this week, but I finally got to see my Geotrax put together and boy does it look like a lot of fun.

What a Weekend

Its been a while since I have been on here so there is a lot to catch you up on. The Wednesday after my party was my real birthday and my Grandma and Grandpa made it in to see me. Thursday I went to school for the last time as a turtle. Friday Mommy and I went to see my Dr and I had to get shots. Then Grandma and Grandpa took us to Savannah to meet up with Daddy. I started walking on my birthday, I can make it pretty far now before I fall down. While in Savannah Mommy got some video of me walking at the park. Saturday it was storming but we went to the Aquarium in Charleston. There were a lot of fish and other sea animals. M & D got me a stuffed Otter with a book. Its a pop up book. Today is Monday and I am officially an Alligator at school now. I wasn't happy this morning since I was so tired from the weekend. After Daddy gets his car tonight, Mommy said we weren't going to touch our house no matter how messy it is. She will work on that tomorrow.
